    Smokin Sydney brisket

    Blend with an immersion blender 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup water and two large tablespoons of Pepperberry Dust. Inject the brisket all over with the mixture. Then fully coat the brisket with the Dust and smoke till done.Truly Smoking good.
