Hobart Chicken Tenders

Place 6 chicken breasts, cut up into tenders, in a large ziploc. Blend 1 quart of butter milk with 1/3 cup of Pepperberry rub and pour in the bag. Seal and let it marinate for 24 hours in your fridge. Take each tenders and flour, egg wash, then panko and place on a greased wire rack on a baking pan. Bake at 400f for 15 minutes or until 165 internal temp.
