Koala Curry Chicken or Turkey

Start to cook 4 portions of rice. Sauté 2 lbs. of diced chicken or turkey breast with 1 tablespoon of butter and three tablespoons of Koala Curry rub. after cooking add 1 cup of 10% cream blended with 1 teaspoon of corn starch. Add to chicken, cover under low heat for 10 minutes. Toss rice with 1 large tablespoon of orange Mountain rub or Pepperberry rub and a dollop of butter. Serve.
