Great Barrier Reef BBQ Sauces

Every great sauce is only as good as the set of seasonings in it. I start with a very economical sauce like Kraft Chicken and Rib. Blend well 1 cup with two heaping tablespoons of any of our blends. Start with the Forestberry rub and Pepperberry rubs. Lightly sauce your meats or poultry a few times during cooking.
