Koala Curry Salad Dressing
Excellent for any tossed salad or even bean salads. Blend for 5 minutes with a immersion blender in a two cup container: 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil, 1/8 cup white balsamic aged vinegar, 1/16 cup white vinegar, 2 cloves garlic, pinch of salt, 1 large tablespoon of Koala Curry Rub.
