Slamming South Pacific Smoked Ribs (WET)

Remove silver skin layer from underside of ribs. Dust one rib with Pepperberry rub and the other with Forestberry chipotle rub. Place in smoker, meat side up at 225 degrees for 5 hours. Mix 2 cups of Sweet Baby Rays original with three large tablespoons of Forestberry chipotle rub and mix. Baste ribs three times during the cooking process. Enjoy.
