Tazzy Rainbow Trout aka Steelhead

Place tinfoil over baking pan and lightly grease with olive oil. Place trout skin side down and sprinkle with either Pepperberry rub, Orange mountain rub or Lemon Myrtle rub. You can use the corresponding dusts if you like. bake at 400 degrees f for 12 minutes. You will want to fish more for trout after this one.
