Succulent Scalloped Potatoes

Blend 3 large tablespoons of Pepperberry rub with 2 cups light cream, 1 cup grated old cheddar and 1 tablespoon of corn starch. pour over sliced potatoes and cook covered for 70 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and top with a dusting of  Forestberry chipotle rub and a sprinkle of cheese. Bake till golden brown.
